Good Times: Boating, Fishing and more around Islamorada

How did this all start? After many years of cruising Lake St. Clair which connects the Great Lakes and has more boats per capita in a 26×26 mile size lake than anywhere in the world, and always being the weekend event planner for our group of boaters, I was disappointed year after year that I could not easily find new things to do, fun weekend places to visit, dates of events, restaurants with dockage etc.

Living summers in Michigan, and spending 25+ years spring boating, fishing and snorkeling in Islamorada, I was reminded again of this lack of easy information availability “targeted to the boaters” … so I thought, why don’t I publish another website with all this same information that boaters need to know to have the best experience around and on the water during a vacation.
